Lawsuits and Legal Issues Victims of mattress and upholstery fires rarely are aware of their ability to hold the manufacturers responsible for the damage and horrendous injuries. Only a few attorneys in this nation know about the viability of recovery from these fires, and even fewer are able to successfully maintain these contentious suits against this multi-billion dollar industry.
